Great experience! Very professional and caring! I placed an order online for delivery and needed to update the message on the card after the payment had already gone through. I called and they answered quickly and were able to change the message manually over the phone. I also received a confirmation email with the new message right after the call. The day before delivery, they ran out of one of the types of flowers in my arrangement, but they called to let me know that they would fill the order to value and add a few extra flowers as well.

The flower bouquet I ordered was gorgeous and exactly as described and shown. I will definitely be returning as a customer. Thank you!

The flowers were nice but didn’t really look like the picture - it was mostly white with a small bit of green and colorful flowers. I expected it to be much more colorful (like the photo) than nearly all white, especially having upgraded the size. Still a great arrangement, just not what I expected!

The flowers I ordered were hand-delivered to my cousin who lives in a Senior Residence Center on the date that I requested. They were beautifully arranged and exactly what I ordered. My cousin was very pleased with her gift and the way it was delivered. Thank you for going above and beyond to create a wonderful experience for my cousin’s birthday.
