If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I’ve ordered from Mercer Island Florist many times. They are extremely reliable. If they don’t have a fresh enough flower that’s shown in the online example photo of your bouquet, they will call you and ask about a substitution, just for that one type of flower. They have always delivered on time. They truly make customer service and satisfaction top priority.
