I spoke over the phone with a lovely lady and even as the time for them to close shop had passed she took the time to assure me that my order would come out great. After a very disappointing experience with 1-800-flowers the extra reassurance is exactly what I needed to be able to send my friend a sympathy bouquet all the way from California. THANKS A MILLION!

Delivered a beautiful arrangement to our family member to celebrate a job well done. Ordering online was a breeze, the delivery instructions were followed to the letter and they were absolutely exquisite and such a lovely surprise. Will use Mercer Island Florist again for all my needs on MI
