Great experience! Very professional and caring! I placed an order online for delivery and needed to update the message on the card after the payment had already gone through. I called and they answered quickly and were able to change the message manually over the phone. I also received a confirmation email with the new message right after the call. The day before delivery, they ran out of one of the types of flowers in my arrangement, but they called to let me know that they would fill the order to value and add a few extra flowers as well.
