Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The recipient loved her flower arrangement, however when she sent me a picture I was a bit disappointed. I had put in the special instructions to have a brightly colored arrangement of dahlias. Her arrangement had one dahlia. The other flowers in the arrangement were pretty, but just not what I had asked for. Regardless, it made her day even more special to get her flowers, so it was a win.

The designers choice floral arrangement for my sister was stunning; the perfect combination of elegant & cheerful. There was an excellent balance of colors, top-shelf flowers, & statement pieces included in the arrangement. Thank you Mercer Island Florist for once again exceeding my expectations.
